Family Law is a broad area of legal issues involving the dynamics of the relationships in family settings, such as divorce, custody and access, division of family property, paternity, child and spousal support, adoptions and co-habitation agreements/prenuptial agreements.

Any time that a family is affected, the experience can be very traumatic. It is the job of the lawyer to achieve a fair outcome for the client while respecting the sanctity of the family unit. Even in the environment of divorce, in the event that there are children, a relationship between the parties will continue to exist.
